Eng. Setareh Ettehadi is the Chief Executive Officer. She is an Architectural design expert, who is experienced more than 9 years in designing residential buildings and restaurants. She has a shining history in interior design, as well. She has a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering. Eng. Ettehadi is well-known for her strong organizational and leadership skills through her professional experience in cost control, subcontractor and client management, and planning and coordinating various projects, analyzing the financial risks and benefits of business initiatives. As the Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Ettehadi will plan, manage, and coordinate various Smart Civil Inc. projects and activities, based on her strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
Chief Technical Officer
Eng. Ehsan AjdarAfshar
Eng. Ehsan AjdarAfshar is the Chief Technical Officer. As a software engineer who is long experienced in the management of construction companies, he possesses knowledge related to Designing and implementing intelligent houses, greenhouses, environmentally-friendly houses, designing electrical plans, power supply of ventilation systems, and solar systems. As the Chief Technical Officer, Eng. AjdarAfshar will plan, manage and coordinate various Smart Civil Inc. projects, as well as analyzing, scheduling, and developing the related operations and processes.
Chief Operations Officer
Eng. Mehdi Hajimirza Agha Ghannad
Eng. Mehdi Hajimirza Agha Ghannad, is the Chief Operations Officer. He is a Civil/Structural and Geotechnical Designer with more than 22 years of experience in Civil/Structural and Geotechnical designing, technical management, and project engineering. He is experienced in supervising execution of structures, buildings and access roads as well as designing deep excavation support. As the Chief Operations Officer, Eng. Hajimirza Agha Ghannad will manage and handle the business operations, and support the company's activities and resources.

Eng. Morteza Mirdar Soltani
Eng. Morteza Mirdar Soltani, Chief Finance Officer at Smart Civil Inc., brings over 17 years of expertise in Civil Engineering, specializing in contracts, BOQ preparation, site management, and leadership. His experience spans supervising project execution, overseeing contractor/subcontractor statements, coordinating projects, and assessing financial risks. In his role, he manages projects, costs, schedules, financial operations, and strategizes financial plans for the company.

Dr. Maryam Sepehrinour is the Project Manager of Smart Civil Inc., and a Permanent Resident of Canada who brings over 20 years of experience in the field of AI programming to the team. As a PostDoc Fellow Researcher at Brock University, Department of Engineering, she has a deep understanding of the latest data mining and deep learning methods, and a proven track record of developing customized AI solutions that improve business processes, operations, and profitability. With her solutions-driven approach and exceptional performance record, Dr. Sepehrinour will oversee the development and implementation of Smart Civil's cutting-edge AI-based digital model, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and sustainability.
